30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All LOADLESS products come with a 30-day full refund. No questions asked. If it doesn't work for you, you get your money back. Simple.
Eligibility
Who qualifies for a refund:
- Any customer within 30 days of first purchase
- One-time purchases (AdminGone™, MindGate™, AI Toolkit, bundles)
- First month of subscriptions (ClarityOS™, Maintained)
What's covered:
- Full purchase price refunded
- Processing fees returned (we eat them)
- No partial refunds — it's all or nothing
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Email [email protected] with subject line: "Refund Request"
Step 2: Include your order number or email used for purchase
Step 3: We process within 24 hours (usually faster)
Step 4: Refund appears in your account within 5–7 business days
No questions asked means exactly that. We don't require an explanation. We don't try to convince you to stay. You want your money back, you get it.
Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions (ClarityOS™, Maintained):
- First month: Full refund within 30 days of initial charge
- Subsequent months: Cancel anytime, no refund for current billing cycle
- Cancellation takes effect at end of current period
Annual Subscriptions (ClarityOS™ Annual):
- Full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase
- After 30 days: Pro-rated refund for unused months
Bundle Refunds
If you purchased a bundle (e.g., Full Ecosystem Bundle), the refund applies to the entire bundle. You cannot request a partial refund for individual products within a bundle.
What Happens After a Refund
- Access to products is revoked immediately
- Community membership ends (if applicable)
- You keep any downloaded templates or guides (we're not monsters)
- Email sequences stop automatically
Exceptions
We do NOT issue refunds for:
- Free products (e.g., quiz, free templates)
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Chargebacks — if you file a chargeback instead of requesting a refund, your account is permanently banned
Why We Do This
Most companies make refunds hard because they don't trust their product. We trust ours. If LOADLESS doesn't reduce your cognitive load in 30 days, you shouldn't pay for it.
We've processed over 200 refunds since launch (out of 2,400+ customers). Less than 10% refund rate. The system works for 90%+ of people who use it. If you're in the 10%, no hard feelings.
