ClarityOS™ is a product of LOADLESS, a brand of THENICEGUY.DESIGN LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We operate the website at liveloadless.com and the ClarityOS™ web application. Our contact email is liveloadless@gmail.com.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored as a secure hash). You may optionally provide a display name.
We collect data about how you use ClarityOS™ — daily ritual completions, feature usage, session durations, and in-app events. This data is used to improve the product and is never sold.
Tasks, captures, reflections, and other content you enter into ClarityOS™ are stored in your account and used to power the AI features. This content is yours. We do not use it to train AI models without explicit consent.
ClarityOS™ allows you to optionally log whether you took medication today (yes/no only — no medication names, dosages, or health records). This data is stored in your account, encrypted at rest, and never shared or sold.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number. We receive and store a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing history.
Standard web server logs, IP addresses (anonymized after 30 days), browser type, and referring URL are collected for security and operational purposes.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising targeting. We do not share your content with third parties except as described in this policy.
ClarityOS™ uses the following third-party services:
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Content you created is deleted within 60 days. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email liveloadless@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
ClarityOS™ uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session tokens) and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can disable analytics cookies via your browser settings or a browser extension like uBlock Origin.
We use industry-standard security practices: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted data at rest (AES-256), hashed passwords, and regular security reviews. Despite these measures, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
ClarityOS™ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The most recent version is always available at liveloadless.com/privacy.
