By accessing or using ClarityOS™ at liveloadless.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and THENICEGUY.DESIGN LLC ("Company," "we," "us").
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us immediately of unauthorized account access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We offer a Free plan at no cost, with no credit card required. Any Plus trial expires into the Free plan — never into a charge.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are listed at liveloadless.com/pricing and may change with 30 days' notice.
We will email you 7 days before your subscription renews and 3 days before the charge. You may cancel at any time before renewal to avoid the charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period, except as described in our refund policy.
You may request a full refund within 60 days of any charge. No exit survey, no questions. To request a refund, email liveloadless@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request." We will process the refund within 5–10 business days.

You retain ownership of all content you create in ClarityOS™ (tasks, captures, reflections). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service, including sending it to our AI provider (Anthropic) for AI feature processing.
You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights and that you have the right to share it with us.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by THENICEGUY.DESIGN LLC. ClarityOS™ and LOADLESS™ are trademarks of THENICEGUY.DESIGN LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
ClarityOS™ uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to power certain features. AI outputs are suggestions, not medical advice or professional guidance. The Service is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medication management, or medical care.
We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or a crisis line.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THENICEGUY.DESIGN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the JAMS rules, except you may bring claims in small claims court for qualifying disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
ClarityOS uses artificial intelligence to generate text responses in its chat and assistant features. All AI-generated content is labeled with an "AI" badge in the user interface. This disclosure complies with EU AI Act Article 50 transparency obligations, effective August 2, 2026. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for important decisions.
